Quill O. Healey II is the managing member of Healey Investment Properties, LLC. He is a native Atlantan with over 15 years of real estate experience including acquisitions, property management, sales, development and redevelopment. He is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute and obtained a Masters in Management from The Georgia Institute of Technology.

Quill worked for Branch & Associates, L.P. serving in the acquisitions, leasing and property management areas from 1993 until 1996. He then worked for a startup real estate investment company known as I.B. Group, LLC in 1996 before founding Healey Investment Properties in February 1997.

The Healey family has an established history in Atlanta real estate dating back to the mid 1800's with downtown landmarks such as the Healey Building and the William-Oliver Building.

Quill is a licensed Broker with the State of Georgia Real Estate Commission, he has successfully completed all CCIM (Certified Commercial investment Member) courses, and he is a member of both the Atlanta Board of Realtors and the Urban Land Institute.
